D16 3D Modular Welding Table
Not every welding job needs a big D28 table.
For smaller parts and everyday fabrication work, D16 is often easier to work with. The smaller hole system gives you plenty of positions for clamps and stops, especially when the parts you make are always changing.
The table has Ø16 mm holes on the top and sides. You can put a clamp here, move a stop there, add an angle bracket when you need one – the setup really depends on the job in front of you.
Once that job is finished, take the fixtures off and set the table up again for the next one.
Table and Fixtures
We make the D16 table as well as the fixtures that go with it.
Clamps, stops, angle brackets, locating pins, support blocks and other tooling are all available. You don't have to buy everything you see in the photo either. Some workshops only need a basic set, while others want a much larger fixture package.
Tell us what kind of parts you normally weld and we can help you choose a sensible set instead of adding tools you probably won't use.
About the Table
The table is made from Q355 steel, with the holes and working surfaces CNC machined.
Because there are holes on the sides as well as the top, you're not limited to clamping everything flat on the table. Angle brackets and other fixtures can be used to hold parts upright or build a more complicated setup.
Nitriding is also available if required.
We can make different table sizes, and there are different options for the legs. The table in the photo, for example, uses caster legs so it can be moved around the workshop when needed.
Which Size Do You Need?
There isn't one table size that works for everyone.
If you're not sure what to choose, send us the approximate size of the parts you normally work with and tell us what you're making. A photo or drawing is even better.
We'll have a look and suggest a suitable table size and fixture combination.
