3D Modular Welding Table with Fixturing System

When you work with different parts every day, the fixture setup often needs to change with the job. This is where a 3D modular welding table can make things much easier.

The table has holes on the top and four sides, so clamps, stops, locating pins, angle brackets and other fixtures can be placed where they are needed. For a simple job, only a few clamps may be enough. For a larger or more complicated workpiece, more tooling can be added to build the required setup.

Once one job is finished, the fixtures can be removed and rearranged for the next one. The same welding fixture table can therefore be used for many different parts instead of making a separate fixture for each project.

D16 and D28 Available

We produce both D16 and D28 systems.

D16 is often selected for smaller fabrication and assembly work. For larger parts and heavier fabrication, D28 is usually the more suitable option.

There are different table sizes to choose from, and customers do not have to order every accessory shown with the table. Clamps, stops, angle brackets, locating tools and other accessories can be selected according to the work they actually do.

Steel Construction and Nitrided Surface

Our welding tables are made from high-strength steel and CNC machined.

Nitriding is available for customers who need a harder and more wear-resistant working surface. It also helps with welding spatter, which makes the table easier to clean during everyday workshop use.

The table can be supplied on fixed legs or with a mobile configuration depending on how it will be used in the workshop.

One Table for Different Jobs

A customer welding frames today may be working on machine parts or a completely different assembly tomorrow. The locating and clamping points will change, but the table does not have to.

Simply move the fixtures and build a new setup.

This makes the modular system useful for general fabrication shops as well as machinery manufacturing, steel structures, automotive components, assembly work and other applications where workpieces frequently change.

We can supply the welding table on its own or together with a complete set of fixturing accessories.

Standard sizes are available, but we also make custom sizes when a project requires something different.
