We have just finished another order of nitrided welding tables. The tables and accessories have passed our final check and are now packed in plywood cases, ready for shipment.
This order includes 3D welding tables and a number of fixturing accessories. The tables are made of steel and CNC machined before nitriding. Nitriding gives the working surface higher hardness and better wear resistance, which is useful for welding and fabrication work.
Before packing, we checked the table surface, dimensions and holes. We also checked the accessories against the order list to make sure everything was included.
The customer will use the tables with different clamps, stops and locating accessories. With this type of modular welding fixture system, the fixture layout can be changed when the workpiece changes. There is no need to make a completely new fixture for every job.
We currently manufacture both D16 and D28 welding tables. Different sizes, table heights, legs and accessory combinations are available. For customers who have their own requirements, we can also produce according to drawings.
The packing for this order is now complete and the goods will be shipped soon.
It is a fairly normal shipment for our team, but we still check every table before it leaves the factory. A welding table is expected to be used for a long time, so machining accuracy, surface treatment and final inspection all matter.

For new projects, customers can send us the required table size, D16 or D28 system, drawings, or simply some information about the workpieces they need to weld. We can then recommend a suitable welding table and fixturing setup.
