2. D28 series platforms are mostly used in large steel structure and heavy machinery industries, and D22 series is recommended when the workpiece size changes greatly;
3. The selection of accessories shall be determined according to the shape, size and complexity of the workpiece;
4. When the platform cannot meet the workpiece size, U-shaped square box, L-shaped square box, supporting angle iron and other supports can be used for expansion.
The three-dimensional flexible welding platform has five working faces, and the side is used for expansion or auxiliary positioning;
1. According to the series, it is divided into three series: D16 / D22 / D28;
2. The holes of D16 series are Φ 16. The hole spacing is 50mm ± 0.05 array, and 50X50mm grid lines are distributed on the surface;
3. The hole of D22 series is Φ 22. The hole spacing is 75mm ± 0.05 array, and 75x75mm grid lines are distributed on the surface;
4. The hole of D28 series is Φ 28. The hole spacing is 100mm ± 0.05, which is composed of an array, and 100x100mm grid lines are distributed on the surface.
