How to distinguish the quality of the 3D welding table?

Before choosing a 3D welding table, the user will consider the problems. The appearance quality of the 3D welding table refers to the surface roughness, defects, dimensional errors, shape errors, insufficient surface thickness of the platform, and the cast iron tooling platform depends on whether there are casting pores and sand holes, etc. The quality of the 3D welding platform can be judged from the following aspects:

1. Look at the appearance: the surface roughness, defects, wall thickness, cast iron tooling platform also depends on whether there are casting pores and sand holes, and whether there are repair welding traces, etc.;

2. Material ratio: The best casting is HT300 resin sand casting, followed by HT250, and the last is HT250 cement sand casting. The best steel is Q345 steel, followed by Q234. It is also necessary to understand welding, heat treatment and other processes.

3. Comparing processing: First of all, it depends on what equipment is processed. The surface finish and dimensional tolerances of the products processed by imported CNC and their own modified small CNC are different.

4. Inquiry about plate thickness: there is basically no difference in the plate thickness of steel parts. The thickness of the steel plate is mainly the three-dimensional platform of the casting. The three-dimensional platform of the high-quality casting is processed to a thickness of 30, and then the hole is guaranteed by processing the counterbore. Deep; and inferior three-dimensional platforms are directly punched with a thickness of 25.

The inferior 3D cast iron welding table is embodied in:

①The surface of low-grade cast iron is not bright and dark gray (in order to reduce the cost and pursue profit, use HT200 or 250 cement sand casting, and there is no guarantee that there will be no casting defects on the five sides)

②The thickness of the three-dimensional platform panel is insufficient, and the thickness is uneven (directly cast into a plate thickness of 25); the back side reinforcement plate is few and thin (not full of ribs).

③The surface wear resistance is poor, and the surface is easily oxidized and corroded (even if repair welding is used, obvious traces of different colors will be seen)

④In order to reduce the cost, heat treatment is not carried out, and it is easy to deform or break; the processing accuracy is not guaranteed, and the flatness, perpendicularity, hole distance, etc. cannot be guaranteed

⑤There is no sand cleaning, and the bottom surface is only painted with a simple paint, so the paint is easy to fall off.
